Georgia Landscape is seeking a Landscape Project Coordinator. This position will work closely with the two account managers and manage the enhancement installation process from ordering materials for new jobs to scheduling the enhancement crew. Our clients are a combination of residential, HOAs, and commercial. We are looking for someone who is assertive, flexible and can manage multiple tasks at once efficiently and effectively. 

 

 Experience Preferred: 


  • Landscape administrative experience - 1 year 
  • Administrative Assistant- 1-2 years
  • Office 365 - 1 year


Full Job Description


 Payscale: Starting $13-14 per hour with a potential pay increase after 90 day review.

 

  • Correspond with clients through phone and email
  • Schedule appointments for account managers
  • Assist the Account Managers with administrative tasks required for the department sales campaign plan 
  • Complete internal job process for all landscape projects and seasonal enhancements including schedule and route crew efficiently
  • Process all job invoices and create internal billing for all sold enhancement jobs
  • Schedule property locates as needed 
  • Track proposal and sales for department
  • Manage reporting for the department 
  • Participate in weekly staff meeting and Quarterly planning meetings 


Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, flexible, proficient computer skills with great attention to detail. The expected hours for this position are 30-35 hours per week during peak season.
